Empress Rising was established in 2022 as a Private Membership Association (PMA), an unincorporated not-for-profit organisation existing entirely to benefit its members and the communities we serve.
Although we are a charitable organisation, because we are unincorporated we are not eligible to register as a charity and we do not have DGR endorsement. This means that donations made to us are not tax-deductible and as such, our funding opportunities are limited.
We are committed to establishing lawful foundations so that we may incorporate and operate with integrity within the jurisdiction of the many original sovereign nations on the Australian continent and abroad.
