Ministry of Motherhood is Empress Rising's calling to women walking the spiritual path of Motherhood.

We provide a safe space where women healing from trauma can access spiritual guidance, genuine support, relational healing and the village that so many mothers are longing for.

All biological women and mothers are welcome, regardless of life experience, belief or religious affiliation. We are women with or without children nurturing and uplifting Mothers in our community, our Great Mother Earth and each other.

Empress Rising is the manifestation of a vision received in 2020 by our founder Ali Michelle, a Psychic Medium and mother of 3 with a background in Counselling, Psychotherapy & Career Coaching.

A natural born intuitive, Ali has been healing and reading Tarot professionally for over 5 years. She combines her psychic gifts, therapeutic skills, warmth, compassion and sense of humour to bring through guidance for the ascending Feminine and Masculine collectives and women on their individual healing paths.

Ali connects with Spirit in only the highest truth and integrity to support women guided to her to validate their own intuition and find clarity around their relationships and spiritual calling.

A single mother with 2 school aged children and a toddler, Ali understands the difficulties mothers face in accessing the support they need. This has led her to establish a practice in ministry.

Ali offers Spiritual Counselling, Mentoring, Energy Healing and Tarot Guidance online and in-person in the Northern Rivers to women healing from Sexual Trauma, Coercive Control & other forms of Patriarchal Abuse (including narcissistic & post separation abuse) as well as experienced healers seeking guidance and support around gridwork (land healing) and energetic sovereignty.

A suggested contribution for those who have capacity to cover a fee is $120/hr, however please only contribute what you can reasonably afford - See FAQ's below for more guidance around energy exchange.

What is a session with Ali like?

It depends on your needs and the intention you have set for the session, which you will be asked to share in your appointment request form. Ali works via Whatsapp or Microsoft Teams video call, over the phone or in person for women in the Northern Rivers region.

Ali works in an informal way to support you in the way you need on the day - whether it's a chat to ground and validate you, tarot guidance, support to clear and reset the energy in your home, energetic support or guidance around supernatural issues, sessions will always flow as they are intuitively guided. Ali will discuss your needs and goals at the start of each session and work to your comfort level.

We can arrange a post-bedtime call or you are absolutely welcome to view your session as a cup of tea with a trusted friend while your kids play - this is a much needed healing modality for mothers!

What if I can't afford the suggested fee?

The suggested fee is only a guideline. Ali works in ministry to reach more women in need of spiritual support and guidance - regardless of their financial capacity.

It is encouraged that those who are able to financially contribute, pay what they can afford.

We are working on fundraising options to grow our ministry and continue our work - please consider sharing our donation page and encouraging people with big hearts to support our work!

What about other forms of non-monetary exchange?

Ali welcomes exchange of energy for those who find monetary exchange difficult.

If you are an established healing practitioner you may offer an exchange of sessions.

If in another form of practice or business, you may exchange product or services.

If you are a Northern Rivers local, you may wish to exchange something from your garden or a home cooked meal for Ali's family of 4.

You may also wish to write a review or volunteer your time at events or to help us grow.

Please know that you ALWAYS have something of value to exchange - $1 and a heartfelt prayer or blessing sent Ali's way is absolutely welcome if that is what you have to give.

Do not ever underestimate the power of your intention or the potency of your giving!

What can I expect from a Tarot reading?

Ali will explore your intentions and comfort level before beginning the reading. Ali begins all readings by connecting through Divine truth (not yours, not Ali's) and asking that guidance be provided for only the highest and best outcome for you.

This means that Ali will not tell you only what you want to hear but will use the Tarot and her mediumship skills to channel information from your spirit guides to help you to expand, grow, heal and find your way into your highest possible timeline.

You can expect straight shooting with compassion and solidarity from a woman who walks right beside you on this journey.

Can I record my reading?

WhatsApp does not have in-app recording, however you may record the session using a screen recorder or another device. Please let Ali know at the start of your session if you are recording.

What if you can't bring me the information I am asking for?

It is common to go into a reading wanting specific information, particularly around love and relationships but it is important to be open to the guidance coming through. Readings go where readings go and like a loving parent, Spirit will always deliver what we need to grow.

The other thing to consider is Divine Timing, fated contracts and free will. This is a complex interplay of energies that cannot always be known. Energy is fluid and timing depends on energy shifting and aligning, not specific timeframes.
